According latest figures from the CDC approximately 1 million Americans are injured annually as result of falling on ice and snow of Peter Roseburg as a caregiver for my wife more than 35 years. I understand the importance of helping someone with a mobility impairment get in and out of the home safely, particularly in inclement weather and that's why this winter. I'm using heat track their snow and ice melting mats that you just plug in and they provide you a safe walkway to your garage to your mailbox to your deck to your business. Whatever the need heat track has a mat that will fit that need and make sure that you can get him safely during snow and ice.

You don't have to plow you don't have to shovel and you don't have to worry about falling because you're walking on something that is safe and secure and dry this winter. Let's stay out of the emergency room. Let's make sure were safe. Go to heat track.com you know these make a great gift as well. During implement.

Whether let's stay out of the emergency room and enjoy the winter. Instead, go to heat track.calm and I have a very special guest's name is Erin. Erin is on hold with me from last Franklin, Tennessee Nashville unknown errands done now 43 years old. Erin is a spectacular man who has Down syndrome and continues to be just a joy to everyone engaged in the siren you with me where I had you on today for very special reason.

What is that reason about how Albert will today is Elvis's birthday. He would've been 87. Erin and you are an Elvis tribute artist. What is it mean to be an Elvis tribute artist hot now Elvis artist back a little color.

We will call an Elvis impersonator anymore do the now that that man doubtless met Elvis in his music, but making fun of how people like Martin and start calling now Elvis the artist Mike again will you dad sent me some pictures of you guys because we had a lot of snow there in Tennessee and you are Elvis is stuck in the home and so you were wearing some of your Elvis gear you got several suits don't you yeah and what what what drew you to this. What drew you to Elvis what did you like about elves well I have. I can actually look at. Let me ask you a couple questions about that number one you now 43 years old. That means I am older, you live longer now than Elvis did and for individuals with down syndrome. That's saying something because there was a time where people down syndrome that lived live very low and here you are 43 what you think what you think about that Erin Hatcher here over the Elvis year older than Elvis was when he died. Does that strike you God for artist find out what I going to wait to like him. Here, do you have some thoughts that you like to hear about Down syndrome and now that you you blown the curve of the longer life expectancy. Everything else. Your dad says this to me about you if you know this or not but this what your dad tells me about you. He finds that Erin is a wise man he calls you a bad you dad calls me a wise guy, but he calls you a wise man and you. You have great wisdom of talk with you many times of the years you been on my program several times and you've also been there in the studio with me when we did the show in Nashville and you have a wisdom to you Erin and it's a quiet wisdom, that is, that come from a lot of deep thoughts that I wanted to explore some of those with you and I want you to share some things that are on your heart will become back from the commercial. Can you hang through the break just a little bit blessed this Peter Roseburg. This is hope caregiver. This is a program for he was a family.

My longtime friend Aaron has Down syndrome and he has some great aunt 888-589-8840 will and that is saying I well that is the guiding rest have and that is my wife Gracie singing with resilient how she did she do all right so Elvis, she's no Elvis but she does all right. Dorcas joined me today from Franklin to the season.

Elvis's birthday is today and Erin is an Elvis tribute artist. He has Down syndrome and he shares freely about things that he's learned along the way of what he's learned about life about God, about himself and his father Greg and and I've been friends for very long time written a couple songs together and Greg is they been in the studio with me in Nashville.

We did the show there and Aaron comes up periodically and normally I would actually have Erin on during October, which is Down syndrome awareness month but this year got a little bit weird from us, with Gracie having a pretty ugly surgery on her leg when she fell and broke it, and that her mother passed away and it just got away from what I thought what better day to have a more than Elvis's birthday and my favorite story here, and that your dad tells us that when you are to drop you off at Graceland. Sometimes in the and one of the tour guides at Graceland asked if you'd ever been there before and what did you tell it that she would be Christlike in north of Elvis was do you know Erin, the three Grammies that Elvis wind.

Can you tell they were for all show on that same song, how great the art.

That's right. And that's a that is a wonderful hymn. The ties and what we were talking about earlier is a look at it over the vast landscape where we live in Montana Lord my God when I in awesome wonder and Elvis won a Grammy for that one in the in the record you want to Grammy for. Remember that one balance You Will You Be One for Another One to Bill Gates and Wrote It Called.
