We have a lot of great yesterday. Busy busy program schedule, but first I must introduce him the best picture dawns many a house this time of year.

He is the bearer of the board's ultrasound Earl of engineering. The man who needs no medication. He is John Butler the Celt of Marty disco ever have an intro done by our rightful and I know sincere and if anything underrated, underappreciated, it needs no medication. John that's up that's up for grabs you wish. You remember our dear friend Elizabeth Moss from caregivers. I knew I heard her on the little Cheryl role she got to hear how the sausage is made with our show. You really be impressed about how much time we spent on show prep a lot of time but I just don't clue John into the last minute because John is so nimble on his feet. You would imagine somebody to be as tall as John is to be as nimble as he is rather awkward.

You know Elizabeth with this and one of things I love about triggers bowel care and Elizabeth particularly as she is led this company for many many years.

They took care of Gracie when we lived in Nashville for years is that she doesn't follow a formula.

She is constantly trying to build a better mousetrap and and or such innovation, so I'm glad that she is with this use must be on last week. With that she got sick and then she's got a couple weeks ago that the power went out here so she's like oh yeah, we got it all going here and so Elizabeth you with this.

How are you feeling wonderful. Thank you Peter. Together we have it, but we we are here and that's it. Tell me what's what's first off a little bit about caregivers the whole care for those just to hear about you. For the first time and then tell me what's new in some things going into the Christmas season 1990 I am in our and I realized that there was a imprint quality of care that can be provided in people. One online we are multi-And now I was raised in a holistic home setting being cared for by the spirit and I felt like the elderly people that their bank care which caregivers the whole care was developed, we still provide whole care today.

The name anyway and start care plans really grasp body, mind and Barrett and emotional. You know me, even people who want where able to ask questions about how people want to be cared for and make that happen for them and it started like new knew that the whole world is talking about telehealth now telehealth has actually been in quite some time. However, people really were early adopters.

No a while back and I saw the value in it a long time ago, but I was amazed how many people were kind of late to the party. Yeah. Well, now everything worked, whether yeah anything for you telehealth. Well, that's not a bad thing kicked everybody in the ear save money save time decreases rent element decreases risk, car accident, you don't even have to get out of the car will set for us is was a fall risk tolerance and let you do, don't miss from work. You know that kind of stuff and had to take off work to go get somebody to the doctor but it's a whole day. That kind of thing and sitting in a waiting room and all that stuff so I saw the applications that with that for Gracie years ago make her life a little easier. The problem is something she has to do in person, but if this like is a sinus infection or things such as that.

This is a no-brainer right last weekend when I would I call website and I got an appointment. They called me later and within 30 minutes I had a prescription ordered and pick it up in the afternoon so I mean I didn't have to get out. I have to get it and I didn't have to travel anywhere out all of that and I'm capable of doing well. The people who are capable like you're talking about Gracie.

There is that risk in a fall getting out and no-brainer for people to find that get you acclimated on that we actually have partnered with called electronic caregiver. There are three or four different levels of service within the timeline. It can be just the emergent there. So if somebody lived alone while it you know that help I've fallen and I can't get emergency back Button to place it alert the call center they call you question if they cannot hear you. They immediately call EMF and activate the 911 if you think you can hear, and you can answer some questions, then they started triage the situation to the need 91 lines to be activated for the sick… Do you have your caregivers because a lot of the people you're treating me not be very technologically savvy, so can the caregivers that you will employ the juice into the homes available to help these people get on these devices and so forth, are they trying to do that or is that something that I just throw that out.

I would week Lisbeth we got you know by Ellis to do this for years with us. We never planted advanced caregiver don't really help them get all that we are working with client directly or the family we can get that out and the client themselves attending and considering setting myself up on one level and that level is Barrett is that there is that why you can either get a pendant or watch people like to watch as they. Then my you can wear the watch in the shower waiting in the shower and shave anyway on anything say there are a couple of different levels. Whether you're on the go are not on the guile and homebound. So if the great e-marketing. I live alone. So what if something happened to me. Nobody would ever so I am going to find out what that system there that family care fee can have all your family at this is all about health and they would know your final fine steak. There is a pocket in the there is help devices.

There are Bluetooth devices that homebound package that I'm getting ready to talk about with all the Bluetooth devices, and though there are similar glucometers thermometer blood pressure monitor and wait scales and all the devices through Bluetooth connection communicate those results in real-time data to your physician. So then that physician knows exactly what your situation is and can monitor whether the medications need to be changed. Whether you do actually need to keep becoming common to the office and be seen or quietly collecting data for the decision-making. John will use of the truck order of Star Trek. I might as well wait Gracie's Gracie's ticket her own and Arnel for her blood to do with coagulation issues and she could check her own nor do an do it all. Response to the skim stuffing where we are because were very remote, very remote, but it really since Doug is a 70 miles down the mountain to get to the place were she normally has done and that's just in most of the paved roads.

This this kind of thing really does help and that they came in they trained her and so forth. So it's wonderful because these things are huge helps to families and they are yeah create independent greatly able to do that for herself.

Give all of any whatever we can do cartel it creates a higher level of independent and felt a no reliant Gracie yes Bart like they're actually going mentally for both really does and is rushing to get down the mountain to go get your INR you elaborate a certain timing of the come stuff with her head and out here we could have we got 18 inches of snow two weeks ago so you don't just go to go that fast impossibility at some point well create hospitalization, all in. You know how people maintain people maximum health level and decreased crop. What is what is the response for the love the clients and patients to go secure for the embrace of this pretty pretty well know you don't deserve fear and trembling orders. Her excitement and seeing the possibilities are all the above client population, probably late 80s and now they're not excited about their family, like you said what it Star Trek like over top of people had for comprehension.

Partner clients are concerned; you have a cell phone and some of them detect 84 keep track on Facebook, but she could not figure that the amount she would not consistently go in there every morning and push a button to check in with them and I just want to know that you're okay or is there anything they're going to call me to call you there, because they did often because she just wouldn't remember to go push that little button and felt that had nothing to do with all the fight that are velouté but that was the very simplest level was offering.

Joe and I think it will come over time as a result of this year. I think people will have to adapt and sign on over time because their doctors require the insurer company requires that everybody will be requiring it, and so everybody will have to jump on board. I will have a choice when you the nature of technological progress such that, when hopefully when when when I get to be that age that I do, I might be able to pick up on some tech stuff a lot easier, but there's hopefully can be something that is just as baffling to me but is just as amazing now will officially all the horse had to get off the interstate. You know eventually so is now Valerie doing this that we got about another minute and 1/2 or so, what's up what's looking forward only sings and includes a lot of people, not necessarily in your coverage or of where you cover, but in the last 35, 40 seconds, you are supposed you say to people going to Christmas as far as hiring services and so forth, hiring, don't wait a proactive, talk with your family member. Great time to talk with family members and come up with a plan for when they need help while you time it real get your loved one know what to do next with words. Lisbeth Moss caregivers the whole character.

The whole care.com 615-298-9201 has ever known your number off the top of my head. Elizabeth and I love having you on the show. I will have you on more is your go to person for this, but we gotta go to break God when things happen to you.
