This is hope for the caregiver.

This is Peter Roseburg letter heavy with us.

They hundred 688-9522 and were all about strengthening the family. We look at fiscally physically, emotionally, spiritually, professionally, every way we can to help that caregiver stay strong and were going into the time a year which is incredibly stressful for caregivers. The holidays are very stressful have told you over and over. My favorite holiday is Arbor Day to plant a tree you water it. Say a prayer you walk away leaving to God. My favorite holidays.

With him was you should know this hello length April Fools' Day you know but but but the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and in Hanukkah and New Year's. Everything in this pretty much is going to be rough all the way through until about, you know after Presidents' Day. I usually say about Epiphany is women and and I usually give up my New Year's resolutions for what may okay jump which I did so, but that this is stressful time for us and so I've got a very good friend must've been on the show before and I've just come to really rely on her insights and advice to share with us ways that we can push back against this distress that we live in is caregivers weakness already so Jackie Sheppard Jackie with us.

Jack is calling from Kansas City and that she is the author of silent takeover how the body hijacks the mind, and Jackie. You have been used in a lifetime studying this and watching this and observe this in your own life evolve also served as a you a principal of the school's or did you, you, your principal school marching with you and so you watch the way students in the way that their eating habits and everything else affected their ability to learn and so forth.

And I thought while there's just that the distress that that happens with us is caregivers is got to affect us and and and we can our ability to to do a lot of things. So talk about that little bit caregivers under more carriers now lately right and holiday thinking about Thanksgiving three years from a gentle, kind, solidly it's the most stressful test is a horrific grace I could do something different. We'll talk about that another day.

This Christmas were doing something for ourselves different to avoid some of that because that week we try to cram surgeries into it. It's colder where where the traffic everything about it is just is just nerve grading and and so you you spent so much time documenting all these things, what it does and then you talk about the way we approach food the way we approach life. Everything else delve into that was gutless go deep into those waters now on the Bible that began to call on our body. Everyone around one of the reason that holiday so hard on a lot of time with vacation expectation and more than anything we usually can't murine rat holiday lost family members good memories but all pretty bad memory. Adding to that financial pressure and how that holiday we find great unity which involved overeating a lot of time in sugar. Take a minute to talk about that and then want to talk about help everything that sugar I think the 94 actually make white blood cell and there are good guys are soldiers in our body on the white lights out there killing germs and taking care of the sugar for the little leader will make oneself 40% less effective in killing germs all the print the system for five hours, three longtime something really double top tank list list just said… Of the printer. Find out and out there actually that sugar block.

I should be going in and what is my job to destroy bacteria and viruses job. I sugar that we utilize Peter one more thing on that day three in so many times people start their day with alkali orange ration tree. Maybe it is organic from mom that all Florida trip maybe they should have been working more in the picture B-flat third on key 3rd cup of bronze attracted grapefruit and drinking. The emotional drive contribute to all of our nutritional condition in order to make good we have to recognize that we are by Ellen Eric. We all recognize that we probably can't do it now just diet and especially caregivers. I cannot imagine how proper diet and exercise need to be healthy going to add other things for the help they need things you do while you put me on something that I've been doing for some time. Try to get away from a lot of prescription things of cut those out watching all the things that you felt we do this a lot for about a year now a little over year. I guess and I found some pretty good success with this. What but what is it doing for me. I still don't quite know all the sites on this thing. What is it doing for me what what about when accomplishing this about rebuilding something or my supplementing something or both are and how we ought know what though no longer line line line is that there are certain implant that proportion that switch back to bright line, the one that I recommend it to you and then I recommend everyone actually well.

I would think almost everyone quickly calling and are to be very quickly.

Not one year they'll communicate without damage thing I'm damaged when that history behind what the damage to be repaired, designed to regulate survival gene get in there and do their job, but knowing way and are asked to the nation itself itself in your body a good guy not call go get rid of the bank yet supplement that I recommend to you regulate them extremely important thing in your body probably number one it regulate IM after moving into the call clinical trial are showing that you can regulate cyan thoroughly take it that makes your body make more that are 25 that of the people who were wealthy with the clinical trial.

People were actually injected with the flu virus done been able to regulate cyan only 25% of them got the flu and the grant that did not have the glutathione up regulation 79%.actually another trial that said, if you can regulate little signaling pathway getting that little trumpet blown flu virus cannot live that evening.

This is some of the stress is damaging us environments and then diet all these things are just compounding to work against us in the past when we've gone to any type of nutraceuticals and things like that. We I've always looked at people that didn't ship with her here. More Birkenstocks like that were into that and now that's becoming a bill that's becoming a little bit more mainstream in our society will realize you know what all these chemicals we been putting in our bodies that that pharmaceutical companies been pumping us and everything else are not really doing the work for us that we think they are that we hope the yard that were paying for them to do and wind up creating more more problems with this and so I think I think there's an educated population of the society. The other so you know what work you have to turn back to syllabus more natural things to start building up her bodies. This is what you've done with me and I'd like to say that smarter or anything else because I have to be people of that that would disagree, but I have seen some real improvement in my life at least one of the nurse in our earthly colors, nerve blockers or something along where you want to hear the latter term is shortened it pathway University said that little Parkway health and longevity that are because you now are getting more and more production line back to the level of your you, we declined every decade with the good guy that aging actually occurred as well as chronic health. So if you can buy your body one little pill a day because your body should be able to make more of the truth that you need to stay healthy mentally in your mission to help other people as well as yourself. Well this is this is what I have done a lot to talk about anything that I don't do myself. Use myself as a guinea pig and use Gracie on this was a guinea pig which is that's that's even higher on the list. You know the results speak she's cutting to the record. She's going to just go back from Africa. She's going on television. She she does a lot of things she be more more active that she's been in the last decade and the surgeries have necessarily stop with her all the of the challenges because she her body is so broken, but that's architecturally internally and mentally.

What it stood for. For both of us.

I'd like to see John of improvement say that Jon I have many, many lengthy logs statistics on the little but I think the overall well-being of this it is not.

If there's not a magic bullet that I think there is point we were shoring up things for me as a caregiver with the stress it's only for Gracie with struts on her with chronic pain, we've seen that with this particular path that you take this on Jackie brother, just a heartbreak.

Jackie great news. If you miss the deadline to sign up for health insurance or to sign up for a plan you're not happy with you still have a choice.

I'm Gracie Rosenberger in 1983 I experienced a horrific car accident leading 80 surgeries in both legs and became I questioned why God allowed something so brutal to happen to me. It's for the wounded and those who care for them. It is an extraordinary ministry envision my wife laying a hospital bed. Following the amputation of her remaining leg. She'd only lost her first four years prior, that he or she is as a double amputee, and she said I want to put legible fellow amputees tell them about Jesus and that's what we do so you can be a part of helping extend without.com will put the show out there, you can subscribe to the podcast at their Monday book 7 caregiver landmines.
