Imagine being setup like the prophet Daniel. The bureaucrats of his time could find no fault in him, but their hatred pushed them to fabricate a trap. When Daniel learned of their schemes, he did something unexpected by others. He did something we as caregivers can model in our lives today. From Hope for the Caregiver’s Broadcast 11/14/2020

American family radio, this is hope for the caregiver. This is the least family caregiver are you doing are you holding up global funerals and vertebrae.

You know, in my 35th year as a caregiver, a lengthy amount of experience, most of it the hard way help you navigate a path through this journey that you we could stay stronger together healthier comber together and dare I say it even more joyful together. Also, welcome over Philip secure the show Truth Network's radio so many others around the country folks in Virginia and Tintin to be PMH 96.9 Suffolk hundred .1 Norfolk is just a lot of folks care the show because there's a huge need, in particular, grateful to American family radio for hosting the show and having us get out in front of this issue from a biblical worldview to help family caregivers. The family is under assault.

I think clearly you guys know that by now it's where were in bad shape and it's a it's an all-out assault and then we got a big portion now of our country, if not a majority of our country that is voting against profamily Christian family nuclear family biblical family type values as their and things such as abortion and the disintegration of a marriage and and same-sex marriages, and all these because of things then that the pathway just continues down to whatever is right in anyone's eyes. It's okay to do so. Things such as euthanasia we never dreamed that you know we would see this become normalized in our country. But when you have a governor that says of a child with severe birth defects is boarded up with each outside of the will have a discussion about what to do with when you have people that are advocating abortion all the way up to the point of birth and then afterwards you know what we you say to that, and how do families with special-needs members respond to that because of how they find a path through that when they are at their wits in it. If we don't speak with clarity and a sense of urgency from a biblical worldview from the foundation of the authority.

The word of God, who is elicited and in this particular issue for the family caregiver who is largely been ignored this particular issue of caregiving of of of what it does to a family. I am so grateful that we have not allowed the world to co-opt this issue we have the largest broadcast for we have the largest podcast worked and were committed to speaking the clarity of the word of God into this in a way that caregivers can understand and help them get to a place of safety.

You will be part of the show. 888-589-8840 888-589-8840 and we start off with description of got and then I got attributive question for you.

This will be a little bit tough for some of you. Now there's a couple you guys are just waiting, ready to call in with the source that would give give caregivers a chance if you can it's it's it's Scripture from Daniel and it was shared with me this week and most of you all know the story of Daniel. He was in exile, but he had risen to prominence in the government and he really hacked off a lot of the other guys because he was faithful to the God of Israel, and a lot of the folks in the state code" did you go to start hearing that word a lot because when you have a humanistic point of view, the state is supreme authority. The word of God is a threat to the house. Listen to watch the series of Francis Schaeffer. What I been recuperating from a knee surgery and had have a leg propped up and so I went back and watched.

How should we then live in a highly highly recommend this for all of and one thing she said was that Christians were not persecuted and killed by the Romans, because they believed Jesus.

They were persecuted and killed because they believe there was an authority that was greater that Caesar and the Romans a worship. Whatever godly one worship, but as long as you knew that the state was supreme in the state was Caesar, and then you go along to the Reformation in the state in the church merged and that's when the Reformation occurred.

Listen know this is wrong. It is the word of God. That is our sole authority. So here's Daniel and and they tricked the king into writing this decree that you know nobody could 30 days or whatever could could could pray to anybody other than the king and in imprinting the other gods, whatever that was used to trick it was.

It was a set up for Daniel. Daniel 610, Daniel knew that the document had been sad.

He went to his house where he had windows in his upper chamber open toward Jerusalem he got down on his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he had done previously that was shared with me and challenged to me this week because Daniels given that he knew what the consequences were. He's giving thanks to God about this that were in season of Thanksgiving right now. We got a global pandemic. We got high unrest in our society.

We've got just all kinds of things going on, but here he is knowing that if he does this easily get thrown to the lines to another question that the trivia question is what is the name of the King. That's it. That's a tough question for most of us, some of you seminarians are going to get that really quick goals. The name of the King.

888-589-8840 who was the king that now the King. By the way, he was not happy when he found out about this because I came did they immediately saw Daniel do this in the Whitten tattled on him and and and the king realized that he spent a whole day trying to figure how can he get out of doing this because he liked and Daniel was set up by these guys. So he spent a whole day with this, but my appoint for us this morning while I'm waiting on you just figure out who the key was and try not to Google okay just you know if you get go back up extra pick up your Bible and look but Daniel 610 and again he gave thanks to my question to you is are you giving thanks it didn't say he felt thankful he didn't say he wasn't afraid he didn't say any of those things you said he gave thanks. How about you, are you faced with things today.

Right now that you can give thanks for your go back and look at the story of Corrie 10 boom when she was in the Holocaust and in a concentration camp and the fleas in their hut and her sister Betsy's ever going to give thanks for the fleas. The guards weren't molesting the women there because out there Sony fleas and they were able to freely have Bible studies and minister, and so forth and remain unmolested by these guards, but Cory was just aghast by that and she'd said to her sister.

How can you give thanks for the fleas.

Scripture says, give thanks in all things. That's a hard thing that that's a hard I read three different Holocaust accounts from 11 easel Victor Frankel Corrie 10 boom and the only one that came out of that with that sense of resolve of thanking God was Cory, and in it it's an extraordinary experience. When you think God in the midst of whatever's going on a please understand when I say these things I don't own it. I've been pushed in this.

I've been challenged in this and I'm seeing this and I'm heading down this path, but I have a responsibility to share it with you as well and together we would build each other up in this so that we can be strengthened and in those dark moments. Have you ever been laying in bed at night and you can't sleep in your your mind is racing in 100 miles an hour you're so discouraged you're so full of despair of ever stop to be thankful. Just give thanks to God for the circumstances that you're in Verdun.

I have it is again change the really talk about that horse show goes on.

888-589-8840 885-8984. What was the name of the King disputed Roseburg caregiver and we are to be right back. Have you ever struggled to trust God when lousy things happen to you. I'm Gracie Rosenberger in 1983 I experienced a horrific car accident leading 80 surgeries in both legs and became I questioned why God allowed something so brutal to happen to me. But over time I questions changed and I discovered courage to trust God that understanding along with an appreciation for quality prosthetic limbs led me to establish standing with help more than a dozen years we been working with the government of Ghana and West Africa, equipping and training local workers to build and maintain quality prosthetic limbs for their own people on a regular basis.

We purchased ship equipment and supplies and with the help of inmates in Tennessee prison.

We also recycle parts from donated lambs. All of this is to point others to Christ. The source of my help and strength, please visit standing with help.com to learn more and participate in lifting others that standing without.com. I'm Gracie and I am staining with help caregiver hear American family radio. This is the nation's number one show for you as a family care but aren't you glad there is a show for you secure computer. Roseburg is my 35th year's caregiver didn't have anything like this to listen to during some very dark dark times for me so I'm committed to making sure that you have something that you can listen to that you can hear some kind of voice in the midst of your craziness that you go through the caregiver to help you navigate back to place a safety and I'm very grateful for American family radio for hosting this for the Truth Network and for all the other Philip secure this his radio and so forth.

I'm so grateful that they saw the value in this, and if we don't say this water caregiver to listen to.

Who are they going to listen to. Are you pretty comfortable with the world telling caregivers how to live. So far the world says if you don't like something get rid of it. This is what the world says will Scripture say that our authority is the word of God and if you will be part of what were doing here. Hopefully caregiver.com hope for the caregiver.com go out there take a look at it if you would help support overdoing just click on the donate button right there. Hopefully caregiver.come all right.

Let's go with our core trivia question is from Daniel 610 when Daniel knew that he been set up. He knew that these guys were trying to trap him and that they were trying to elevate the state, which is the king in those days of the state was supreme. And if you're praying to some other God that during this time when you can only pray to the state and only acknowledge the states or the king then you are going to throat of the lines. Did you get it killed and he went to his upper chamber, open the windows face Jerusalem knelt down and prayed three times a day and gave thanks to God gave thanks and so my question to you is who was the king what was they were the king's interesting question. There's also… Go to less nausea and opened the sauce to say this open loose us Louisiana. Is that right breast was also that I say that right how to how to say that the name of the town you're from. Okay well I will let you say it all right good morning, how are you feeling I'm doing okay that you don't you know my answer king who King Darius that's right now are you caregiver right now I'm limited to this, what are you particularly thankful for today. I think my family and quite well. I'm glad that you do through all the hurricanes not know.

Let me ask you questions and how to say your name was Sasha.

The day shift. i still overhear and think she when you submit transports, are you transporting patients that have disabilities or aging or whatever back and forth to healthcare providers and rehab centers in the stuff.

How you doing with that you do you look at that as an opportunity to minister at Bill Craig went down the company you know all 11 back pain went out with a lot of uneducated way home. Well particular with the covert because once you go to Mexico for love these people are cut off from their families right you may be you may be one of the last few people that they get to interact with outside of the nursing home center so you you have a very important role and I'm very grateful for what you do.

Nothing really means a lot to do. Please don't ever minimize how important it is that you're praying for these people is your care in the back and forth, please, please continue doing that and know that that is a powerful ministry already listen. Thanks, Melissa showed basic about the way King Darius was the king. Do you know who. Another Darius was in our modern-day tub is not king but he's the former lead singer Hootie and the blowfish data that is all.

Darius Rucker, I don't know if he was named after King theirs is not, but anyway I just thought I did know if you like Hootie and the blowfish, but it's Melissa thank you very much for calling. Thank you for what you do for these folks that are going back-and-forth displays thanks for the prayers that you have and I would ask the audience to continue lifting you up in prayer to keep you safe. Along the journey is you're doing this and I really do appreciate you listen to the show. Are you working today right now you well you better get back to work now. All right Melissa, thank you very much. Thank you very much for calling Damen, Corsicana, Texas. Damon I know Corsicana well got family there and they make up. They make some pretty good food down there that I have had ship to be over the years from fruitcakes and all kinds of things will work out here you are you are you involved it. What is it is in that there there in the tenants that they have with the fruitcake is at it or is it pie is the pie. Yeah right. All sorts of had those in and you know I love those things.

Perhaps you see my pie newsletter that I put out.

No, I just getting to know what you got them about this phrase is safer. In the question thing. Are you feeling I are you feeling really great. What you have a remnant that still praying for righteousness held so I am encouraged.

Even though you are what you will. I have I have a long-standing distrust down pretty much anything that the mainstream media says and the posters of everything else, and again when your foundation is the word of God. That's all you have to do just look to that and tell me what you think about what else about was Francis Schaeffer. Well got back in college work that you help Bill and we talked about the media mediums were killed in Bible times proclaim the Lord our Yahweh, but prince of the power the air.

I thought that was how that book showed an overview of you know that you thought about what I got. Doing that, you're talking about. I took a class of show all the parts of the times timeframe so recall that well is interesting how things when the further got from the word of God. How it changed and and so this is why brings us back to what I do so for caregivers because of caregivers don't have a strong philosophy based on Scripture were to get pulled in all kinds different directions and make all kinds of different decisions for ourselves and our loved ones based on the feelings of the moment versus the authority of Scripture and and this is where we are society and this is what I also working with caregivers to help them understand a little bit better how to apply the principles of God in the situation and giving thanks in the midst of this is is often one of the hardest things we do because were not necessarily thankful to have to watch someone suffer and and were not thankful to be exhausted ourselves, but at the same time Scripture says this is what we do and in and Schaeffer. You know he did this so nonchalantly.

Many wasn't like he was out there just yelling and being bombastic. It was just a very calm way of showing this is what happens to society when it breaks down and leaves the word of God and in this particular social issue is is one that is been largely ignored.

The issue of caregivers been largely ignored and and yet this is the highest really mandate we have in in in in our Christian ministry to each other, which is to bear one another's burdens. Love one another. You know and and and yet we we have not seen think we've outsourced a lot of it or whatever and we not seen the what this looks like fleshed out in for people who are doing this, day in and day out, and how to minister to them and and and if one thing that is this that was striking. The coronavirus is that church has been kind of thrown into a blender of how we actually have church now, and ministering to people is becoming very difficult. We been building up churches. But have we been building up the kingdom and and so this is where I'm hoping that through this unique outreach we have on the show and so forth that we can be a source of encouragement and strength to caregivers away they can understand and understand the gospel. But but I'm glad that you this tug at your eared are you a caregiver.

Now or have been well give it time to talk if you love somebody you will you live long enough you need more yeah got it out. My grandmother nursing home while my uncle stepped up and moved in with her but. You will have access to.

How then shall we live with an audio or video I watched on Amazon prime Amazon prime.

Okay yeah I was Amazon prime.

Don't tilt Tela Jeff Beezus is on there because it may take it off. You have just got was just concurrently watch it, but it's a 10 part video series. You could watch only 30 minute episodes each, but it gives you a really strong understanding of how we got here why we have conversations you want will I would recommend every one of us watching you. Everyone's watching and it it's slow it's a little dated but it doesn't matter. It's it's accurate and he just explains when you have a humanist worldview, then you know things like abortion, infanticide, euthanasia, all those things become a logical step. When you have a biblical worldview of the value of life. The dignity of each person and you see God working in that it's a game changing. That's what this show was about to help caregivers state anchored in Scripture, we can even give thanks while facing horrific things. Damon, I thank you for calling very much.

Thanks for listening show. This is hope for the caregiver this Rosenberg this is the nation's number one show you as a family caregiver with this rewrite.

Hey this is John Butler, producer, caregiver, and I have learned something that you probably all know that Gracie, his wife lost her legs many many years ago and started a prosthetic limb outreach ministry called standing with hope and recently they ended up with a rather unique and unexpected partner, Peter had a conversation with Gracie and with Gracie when you envision doing a prosthetic limb outreach. Did you ever think that inmates would help you do that, not in a million years.

When you go to the facility run by core civic over in Nashville and you see the faces of these inmates that are working on prosthetic limbs that you have helped collect from all over the country that you put out the plea for and their disassembly sell these legs like what you have your own prosody and arms and orange everything when you see all this. What do you make me cry because I see the smiles on their faces and I know I know what it is to be locked someplace where you can't get out without somebody else allowing you to get out course, being in the hospital so much and so long and so that these men are so glad that they get to be doing as as one man said something good family with my hands.

Did you know before you became an amputee that parts of prosthetic limbs could be recycled. Now I had no idea and I thought a peg leg. I thought of wooden legs. I never thought of titanium and carbon lags and flanks fate the legs and all that. I never thought about that as you watch these inmates participate in something like this, knowing that there there helping other people don't walk there, providing the means for the supplies to get over there. What is due to you, just on the heart level. I wish I could explain to the world. What I see in here and I wish that I could be able to go and say the this guy right here Denise go to Africa with that. I never not feel that way out every time you know you always make me have to leave. I don't want to leave them. II feel like I'm at home with them and I feel like we have a common bond that would've never expected that only God could put together.

Now that you've had experience with it what you think of the faith-based programs. The core civic offers. I think they're just absolutely awesome and I think every prison out there should have faith-based programs like this because the return rate of the man that are involved in this particular faith-based program and other ones like it, but I know about this one are.

It is just an amazingly low rate compared to those who don't happen and I think that says so much that has anything to do with me just has something to do with God using somebody broken to help other broken people.

If people want to donate or use prosthetic limbs, whether from a loved one who passed away or you know somebody well groomed. You've donated some of your own for the how to how to do that, please go to standing with hope.com/recycle staining with hope.com/recycle.

Thanks Grace Russ Taft, the joy of the Lord, and this is our goal for us is caregivers that we can embrace and defuse the joy of the Lord in whatever circumstances were in and is going to be hard. It's a lot of work.

It's intentional, you don't accidentally do this, you intentionally do this in our Scripture today was Daniel 610. He knew that he'd been set up. Daniel knew this he knew that he was set up for this, and he went to his house where he went to the upper chamber and the windows open toward Jerusalem. He opened knelt out three times a day and prayed. Even though that the document said that he could not.

He did it anyway and he gave thanks before God, and he knew what was that the consequences and the king was set up because of these the deep state if you will, and I don't care if that angers people not because there's always a deep state because there's always the clipboard carriers I call the who love to just tell people how to live their lives. We already have had somebody to lay that out for us and live that life force that's Christ, and that is through his word, saying, this is what it looks like and I don't need the clipboard carriers to do this, but they set them up in the trivia question today was who was that kink if you just tell Joe to show you what we call in and say that 888-589-8840.

We've already had the answer, but some people doing the show. Halfway through the show.

You're certainly welcome: but who was that King was his name and he was upset about, he realized that he had gotten snookered on this but but Daniel gave thanks now the caregiver, let me ask you, are you giving thanks once a friend of mine told me this is a little technique is when your mind races nephew but a caregiver for any length of time and you fear you could you could challenge me on this. If you have not done this, but there are times when your mind just races and you can go to sleep and you are just, you know, going 90 miles everything but what about this what about this what about this what to do about this, that that's never happened to you was a caregiver, given time is it will if it has happened to you. Certainly you let us know 888-589-8840 but he said look when you get in those points go through the alphabet and take the first letter. You are the let each letter and think about something to start with that letter that you're thankful for, and watch what it does to calm your mind. There's something about being grateful that Combs your mind. There's something about Thanksgiving. Thanks that Combs your mind is, it is right there in Scripture were commanded to do it.

Give thanks for everything in all things give thanks live in Arkansas, Lynn, good morning. Are you feeling caregiver back Whitehall here.

After that, after I wake no caregiver now that I'm writing about that. Getting back on thankful that we were caregiver later and want to have them on our bed with my mom and let me have a break and then I remembered where a family member that lame and I gripped my mom that my did the laundry and write back. Sorry, I had going on anyway so I family member called that mom I'll be there in 15 minute and anyway bottom line even know he was going to help me out. They didn't have what that word back from my mind. Make.well you're not doing anything. Your get Dolly and I highly in a hurry and I went watering out. I cannot not that okay do I want my QI get on my mom ready when anybody came back meant that I felt when I went to caregiver. Why now all for now.

They don't let that we Faster because they were kind. Even when they work their way to prevent getting angry and that I know it when her really have a out that in Iraq, one for a motion and one boy get things that you're thankful for in general like my sound comes from what you have you read, you will know okay so just like the resentment I found comes from unmet expectations, unmet expectations or embryonic resentments to grow to resentments when you feel obligated to grow to resentment and be able to help you to wait it is going to be spot on particular if you got any cut a length into this as you used to the routine used to the way things go and I think for the challenge for us is caregivers is to stop putting these expectations to be gracious when people help at all, and educate ever heard that saying that a lot of salespeople here euros of the customers always right here that we reject that the customers rarely right the customer is rarely even aware of what to even ask, but still owes the customer and it's the job of the salesperson to help educate on why this product or service means up to that customer is not the customers always right.

I think the sick, cheesy way of looking at it.

So it's our job as is caregivers to help educate those around us who have any kind of desire to help even if they just do it poorly. But if they have any kind of desire to help.

That is our job to educate and be gracious and and except that that desire on their part as as as as a launching point and and build those relationships because it's so easy say we didn't do it right or you presumed upon me. Just you know you did.

This is this is that we get we get all feeling sorry for ourselves but when we change when we flip that we start thinking a different way. It's amazing how it can help defuse that resentment when you book to come out. Lynn okay.

One thing about… That family member had an attic.

Kind of like I'm doing a favor how long I give you right now why I have to be thankful when you get a break now and I've noticed that a lot of times I'll have an attitude and you know and III get my own attitude with it.

I think that again.

Every one of these opportunities is an opportunity for us to go back to the word of God of peace was going to say about this is that this is the this is what we have as believers is that we have the ability to ask the question what is God have to say about not what is the government have to say, but no one is my Congressman exit but not what the media has to say. But what does God say about this is the thanks little things we want to like it. God never said hey here's where the path is and you're going to like that.

He didn't say the headpieces will be hard sometimes. Yay though I walk out of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for thou art with me, but the ballad the shutter death can be a very very very long Valley and he said you're going to have troubles in this world you not like it should give thanks for now. That is our authority and if you're basing your life on that versus however you feel at the moment or the attitude of someone else in your attitude or or any other arbitrary thing that's going on you to get blown all over the place. But if you can make yourself asked the question what is God have to say about this and and that is that is a powerful starting point for us as believers but live when you book comes out. Give us a call back we'll talk about your book about that. I all right listen, thank you very much for the call. Let's go to Steve in Georgia.

Steve good morning Steve, are you feeling I'm doing great thank you Peter tell me what you like today I'm thankful to the specifics of a specific us with something very specific. Okay, I'm thankful for the opportunity to give care to my mother-in-law before she passed and the opportunity to take care for other caregivers. That's what I do as a ministry is to go to to let caregivers share how their days are going and then to lift them up in court along with the one that there cared for and then to show that I care. I love to sing hymns and so many times the people that there cared for. They might not remember somebody's name Mark they might not remember what what happened just a few minutes ago, but I can start singing in the garden with salmon sing-along until most of them remember all versus gives me an opportunity to let caregiver to see that that person that had such a difficult time that morning that there are still joy in the Lord will that is great to hear Stephen appreciate you sharing that with us and you are in black sheer Georgia wears that it about halfway between Savannah and Macon, Georgia. Okay, yeah, I know that it looks you guys going pretty good election coming up in January for runoff you go be a part of that, our chief.

Yes sir all right. Stand firm on Stanford or maybe Stanford Steve, thank you so much for the call and for that word of encouragement and keep singing to caregivers okay. I want you to know that he loves you this Peter Rosenberg… Hope the caregiver right by the speed Rosenberg in your help somebody walk the first time I've had that privilege many times through our organization. Standing with hope when my wife Gracie gave up both of her legs follow this horrible Rick that she had as a teenager and she try to save them for years and if it just wouldn't work out. And finally she relinquished him and thought wow this is that I'm not happy legs anymore.

What can God do with that and then she had this vision for using prosthetic limbs as a means of sharing the gospel to put legs on her fellow amputees and that's what we been doing now since 2005 was standing with hope.

We work in the West African country of Ghana and you can be a part of that through supplies through supporting team members through supporting the work that were doing over there. You could designate a limb. There's all kinds of ways that you can be a part of giving the gift that keeps on walking and standing with hope.com would you take a moment ago what to standing with hope.com and see how you can give they go walking and leaping and praising God. You could be a part of that@standingwithhope.com.

Hope caregiver here in America.

888-5898 888-5884 as a carrier and don't get if you if you want: just give all these ethereal answers of I'm thankful for you know these these glowing things itself. Just give me a specific, sometimes it can be thankful for just a good pair shoes you know what first book I wrote was wear comfortable shoes caregiver sometimes to be thankful for just the simple things you don't have to be several spiritual or anything else.

Sometime please just get them right downwards. If this meets us in in those deep places.

I'm thankful for a bowl of soup. I'm thankful for you know I never forget Gracie was in the hospital went underwater for many surgeries and she was.

It was pretty rough. The kids were sent away to grandparents, and they were in it, and I was back and forth to the house getting stuff for basically no gals or whatever and in I went back up to the was on the way back up to the hospital and I have some friends of mine called the said stop by the house. We have something for you. So I did and they met me at the door and reported to the kitchen table to sit your kids are safe, Gracie safe at the hospital. She's got all kinds of nurses and so forth around her. You sit down here and will stand guard over you so you can be safe. They gave me a bowl of vegetable beef soup and some cornbread. One of the most wonderful gifts of ever received a set there and I had a bowl of soup and some cornbread and for those of you who understand the value of good homemade vegetable beef soup and cornbread. You know what that means anything exotic but I had friends that said sit down and have a bolus with stand guard over you and your Savior.

Those things that we can be thankful little things like that that mean the world to us is caregivers and if you're not a caregiver can you do that for a caregiver. Can you do that for someone to come some soup. You know, I didn't mean you know five course meal with all kinds of things I didn't want that this was some simple and they knew this, they knew that I was not complex and the needs that I had. Sometimes it's just a bowl of soup. Can you be thankful for that. In the midst of whatever storm you're traveling. This is the journey for us is caregivers in Daniel University. Daniel six. He knew that the consequences were dire. He knew this was going to cost anyone of them did it anyway, gave thanks anyway Betsy tended there in the middle of the Holocaust. She knew she probably won't want wasn't to get out of there alive and she was right. She did, she told her sister Cory give thanks for the fleece of this hut. She did and you can just go through place after place in in in Scripture and in history. Paul chained up giving thanks and great leaders of our faith, giving thanks in the midst of horrific circumstances. It's not about feeling good.

It's about being obedient to what Scripture says to do in recognizing that we have a higher authority than we could ever imagine. This is the worldview the biblical worldview that this this whole station.

This network offers were specifically offering it to caregivers.

I reject categorically what the. The media in this country in this state in this country tells us how to think and do is caregivers reject they are not my authority. They do not know, and they do not believe in us and describe to the word of God as a collective. You can see it there openly hostile to it and that's what we have these horrific discussions about end-of-life or or infanticide abortion all these kinds of things that are going on in the United States of America because nobody is listening to what God says about life. They don't want to listen to this and that is where we are, but we are going to do this on this network on this show this message because what does God have to say about it and that is our sole purpose of this all right.

Adam in Texas so knows Texas Adam good good morning how you feeling I will bless you, cared for your care for somebody I work you are there. So I care for a lot of you there and my life changed 13 years ago. I brain injury year in college and add my degree turn in your and I got originally graduated in four years that I met my wife and because of that we have three wonderful children. Now and I have now I'm did your wife do you have residual impact from your traumatic brain injury, short-term memory lot.

There because of that, and that another comment you make about trying to go to bed at night my head around that I brain injury. I don't have much because like I can let you wife Sheila. I believe that there will particular challenges ago along with caring for somebody with a traumatic brain injury, and I would highly recommend it. You tell about the show letter. Listen to it because there challenges that you may not be aware of that. She's shouldering and her mind is going to race at 100 miles an hour and dramatic brain injury will good you well. She's got it going on. You.

You continue doing what you do and and thank you for the list of the show and for for calling in and for the work that you're doing with these folks with x-rays and so forth. You you stay safe. You know you know the drill of dealing with this virus and you deal with a lot of patient SON with but you stay safe and you keep making yourself on the word of God and appreciate very much: Adam, I really doing and let your wife know that you know we we recognize her journey as well and we we value it, and we appreciate the journey she has because it's not easy. It's not that you're trying to be anything but it's it's she's shouldering the burden and she's also registered nurse. She's got a lot of things going on and you let her know that that that she is always welcome to call in the show as well.

Okay thank you buddy. Thanks for listen. Be thankful in all things, be thankful in all things Daniel did this and he knew he was going to go to pay a price for any did he put them in there any he didn't know what God was going to do and is a lower admitted this pit where these lines were in your magic. You match what that must've been like for he had no and then they seal it up and the king didn't sleep all night.

Well, that was a tribute question. Who was the king's name is Darius in his sleep. All I can see like Daniel and afterwards he said all those guys and set Daniel up to the very pit of the family members to correct me on that. If I'm wrong.

Eight 885-8984 that I think is that their family members and he was pretty hot about it because he realize he been been duped, but Daniel stayed fast to the word of God.

If we don't anchor ourselves in this, what are we going to listen to in those dark moments of the night in the dark night of the soul was watchman nieces. What are we going listen to. If a family with a special needs child is struggling in their at their wits in the go to listen to the word of God spoken clearly to them. You listen to the governor of Virginia said, put away the child on child citable to have a discussion about that later. I was talking to a lady just yesterday just two children, both of them have gone through modems in the middle of Rundell with night terrors spaghetti sleep. She struggling when pit people can get any sleep there at the end of the rope if we don't speak with clarity to this in a way that they can understand who they can listen to that's what we do the show I'm asking for you to help us do it better do it more.

Get out there more. I don't want any other voice from the world and from the left of this country to speak to Phil caregivers because unless they're bringing the authority of the word of God.

What are they going to say what you say to me what city you the state if you will in this country has nothing to offer other than just platitudes with the word of God is life. We have to build understand we are to be able to speak it clearly to people in their circumstances, you know, when Martin Luther came along and in all these are the reformers us all these others. They translated the word of God and that the church and state were all wrapped up in one boy that just crossed summons just paid the ultimate bird for doing what most people had no idea what the word of God said they had to depend on a priest to say that it was a lack they translated their own language they had for themselves to be able to understand the weight they can understand. That's what were doing is caregivers, if you'll pardon the expression. Maybe I'm just helping translates of this in the care. The good news is it's our Savior's name. He is that his native tongue, hope for the caregiver.com.
