So James what you want to start now. Well first let's talk about one of the things you hear people say at a time like this.

Sometimes you hear them say something like what difference to the top and prayers make you angry tone, you know, don't talk to me about prayer and I understand they want to see things change.

They want something done, but honestly, do you really want to throw out prayer when you're trying to make a difference in a situation like this I mean if Jesus taught us to pray deliver us from evil, and he did it).

The Lord's prayer should we pray that way. Do we really want to face evil circumstances not having pray, do we really think that our solutions are good enough on their own, apart from God.

All we need to pray and we need to pray hard.

We need to go to God so that our responses are filled with him and his wife as possible. I really appreciate the chance because I noticed it when I pray about something that often gives me a solution that I never would've come up with my own but to get them. I really have to sit still and listen and really just be with him exactly God can bring comfort to so many were grieving when we pray for them. So we need to love them with our prayers and lift them up and at the same time we need to do our best to prevent anything like this happening again some troops. This is about so much more than politics really is. It really is. Robbie did some research this past week on the on the history of school shootings and things really started to get out of the 70s, and they just got worse from there guns have been around for centuries before in our country. But there's this sudden change in the course.

A lot of this is happening at a time when the country seems to be turning farther away from God. So we really do need to pray deliver us from evil. What we need are what we need is a change of heart and of course there are precautions that should be taken. We need to think carefully but are our country's deepest need is for people to be changed.

With God's love is God's love is at work in our heart. Glorifying violence in movies and video games anywhere else in and begin to value all human life. Jesus said in John 1010 that the devil comes to steal and kill and destroy. I pray for the poor officers I saw just getting battered. Lord, help them to see your hand in this as well and help them not to take the fall internally that that they would turn to you as well and is all these people are looking for answers or the pray that you would touch their heart in some way that they would reach out for you to pray for genuine solutions. We pray your wisdom correlated quite sure end and for law enforcement wherever they may be father that there would be cooler heads prevail, so that this is just a political issue and that there would be a heart change in our country so that life is is truly valued.

Lord, you alone can deliver us from evil and you have conquered sin and death of the cross and Lord, we just break your help. Your solutions for this problem is as you told us to try my people just turn and admit that were failing and and seek your face with all our hearts and turn back to your word and and and back to your answers. Lord I pray that we, the church would would be there first on our knees calling out to you as it is is is you know I'm us to look to you for answers. I pray that you would help us to be that church that that you long for your friends.

In this situation where people can see you as the estate look in your churches eyes and hope that you give us this will one day be behind and God will wipe every tear from our eyes. Thank you. Thank you again for the hope that you alone can give in Jesus name, amen.
