Nothing says Christmas like a wonderful family in Asia, getting a water buffalo is like getting a farm tractor pulled while working a milk truck getting the stand of the market, while Buffalo opened. More importantly, it opens the door to talk about Jesus and nothing says Christmas better than that. So enjoy it share but most of all, thank you for listening to The Truth Podcast Network. This is the Truth Network encouraging prayer, God offers an open invitation for his people to talk with him at any time about anything encouraging prayer Dr. James Banks authored the best-selling and many other books on prayer provides weekly insight help you learn to love and now.

Last week we started this special Ron prayer episodes where looking Christmas music and how it can help us pray pretty cool concept and James you told me that you think that the story behind today's him was really inspirational. I really love the story start with a story about a man named George there was a time in his life. When George had been the man in some circles as a child prodigy everybody loved him. Or at least they loved it music that not only for the child into his 20s and 30s. They had tickets to a show, you know, sold out, things in London and he walked down the street people would recognize and George was a celebrity. There was no doubt about it, but you know something can happen to celebrities, especially the child and especially in the music profession.

You remember the Bee Gees. I think I look like one. At one point did you can turn on the radio out here and there.

They were everywhere but then not too many years later. You know didn't hear them at all. When the style exactly right.

And that's what happened to George. George became a hat as a matter fact none other than the German King Frederick great said about great over his inspiration is so pretty much written them off, but that's where the story really gets. So what happened next will and in this book about Christmas music come let us adore him, Robert Morgan writes that George was Rob. He was depressed. Imagine how that feels once in a place where everyone loves you and then you just like you know the flavor of the month and next month. But what happened was that God moves through all of this humble and his whole approach became softer became more personal and then one day a friend sends him a manuscript text or prophecy that been compiled about Jesus's mission and Robert Morgan tells us that the words of Isaiah 40 you know among the Scriptures and this just jumped out at you moved so deeply and it was especially the words comfort, comfort you, my people that just sparked his inspiration and this the part where we learn about the importance of really getting along with God and spending time with him in word and in prayer. Yeah yeah you think about when were going through crises and we feel like nothing good can come of where we are mean think about it. George is now up in years and his fingers have been crippled again. He's been just depressed and bankrupt forgotten by the world but suddenly he looks into the word of God and he just gets inspired and he locked himself into his room and 23 days later Handel's Messiah was released to the world so George was George Frederick handle right and here's the thing. Handel's Messiah with an fix that back. King George II's feet during the hallelujah chorus and exhibits. Whatever Senate do not know why I happen you know what it was first present the thing again. Think what handles source of inspiration was God been time alone with the word of God and time in prayer and he said that there were times when he didn't even know if he was in the out of it when he was writing this Morgan right so you know it's just amazing what can happen when God gets a hold of us regardless of our age.

So here's handle one site has been caught up in inspired by the spirit of God. Really, everything changes beautiful love that now in his late 50s that this is the 1700s when people didn't live so long you know so he's an old guy that should be an encouragement any of us to make it past her prime. God can use us.

You can use this anytime he can use us to change the world he can use us to do amazing things as we stay in his word and stay close to him in prayer.

You never know what he will do well us as we wrap this up today. I only have one thing to say. Yeah the microphone (okay Lord will bless calling you to cling to your word.

Thank you for your inspiration that you give us.

Thank you.
