God doesn't need to complete himself God is complete in himself.

He's got he doesn't need a he desires to have a relationship. We need to call the book of acts said it's in him we live and breathe and have our being welcomed across the bridge with David McGee in life.

We are going to do with sufferings. Whether it's family issues, or maybe the loss of a job or loss of a loved one. Regardless of those things God gives us the strength to continue one.

We need to be careful not to get caught up in this world. Find out how you can live an exciting life with Christ as pastor David continues in Romans eight, with children of God hears David McGee overlooking a Romans chapter 8 and in a credible book. It is incredible. Chapter never encourage all every week at the please read this chapter once a week.

This this chapter literally change my Christian walk in and actually what I doesn't read it every day for about a month so encourage you can to read it like every day because you began to absorb the truths contained in it was pick it up. Romans chapter 8 verse 18 for I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us and during the King James a Marine in the new kingdom during the King James it says for I reckon that the sufferings of this present time now. Now it is appalling that King James version are recommended as a well and hope in a reckon is in the sense of an accounting term reckoning and notice what he says in the way he says he doesn't say that the sufferings of this present time are really cannot outweigh need by the glory just a little bit is just you know some of the sufferings are outweigh just told her to scale and in the sufferings warily.

You know that is more the glory that it is a nano is a little race were 16 out over the other.

Paul uses break worthy to be compared. While sufferings of this present time. I don't know what you're going through.

I go through things and and a part of it. Part of his wife part of its ministry. I discovered started ministry onto an and you discovered that there sufferings that go with the ministry. When you step out to serve God and certainly have found the step out to serve God by certain mobiles that are grown into the church are certain sufferings that that I encounter as a pastor but you go through staffing it but it was interesting because when I was in the midst of this I Laid out a scenario in my head knows my well being persecuted suffering for the gospel and I can be from a thick skin. I can be tenderhearted and and so, yes, going through this and then I cannot play this thing out. My mind of you know, you get to heaven and standing in the group but it heaven you know when there's like Stan them was Peter Isaiah, Jeremiah, you know, stand around talking re-persecuted on those persecuted about you all you first you as persecuted, how are you persecuting Peter goes well, I was beaten I was imprisoned and actually they ended up crucified me upside down tough Isaiah, Jeremiah sure about how they were imprisoned cast into it. Solomon half martyred for the Lord, you know they look at me very first you absolutely what happen you may send me nasty emails and write their own at that moment. And yeah Meagan excited about email you ever got excited about email. Oh you are something else. If you got excited about something else really in this big picture that is not going to matter what is in a matter then why does it matter now it's not worth your attention. Then why is it worth your attention now to get excited about the little things you need to get excited about the little things they are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Second Corinthians 417 says this for our present troubles are quite small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us an immeasurable great glory that will last forever. This is written by Paul second Corinthians, and he says for our present troubles are quite small.

So what was the fall getting some mean-spirited emails or what was going on with that with Paul's quite small troubles all his quite small troubles were he was being beaten wit thrown in jail, imprisoned, shipped off the room and ultimately executed and he calls those small troubles because of small troubles. You know what I got tiny troubles, but yet we get excited about the little stuff going around having a augmentation, what time is it Walmart line 15 people.

I went to his wrestling.

This woman 10 items or less jihad.

12 you not to be talking about Serena. We talk about then talk about it now well because part of us likes the complainant is only a couple people honestly here to get the restaurant not meet yes we do. We tend to complain. That's what follows is not the complaint, we tend to complain what we just do we want you know will pay particles feel sorry for my taste or you feel sorry for I will put a port complaint will done this before, but… I challenge you to 24 hours without complaining and be held accountable CVF family or friends in here now your countable seekers you all you do that when out now.

Now your countable and now your spouse or your friend or they're going hold you, and every time you will you just complain, talk about this. We got there, was there is a source of money and they said no and she said well I'm really really tired and it was too cold. That sanctuary you made it about seven minutes, which is a lot better than last week but not what we're shooting for. Well why we complain because we get caught up in the here and now still be caught up about heaven instead of thinking about heaven in heaven. If you know Jesus – your ultimate destination is where you go off and we talk about heaven. I'm one of these guys that went out when I travel you know I don't understand the details and I can difference to do this you know when I got to know where this is and where that isn't how how actually far is the Starbucks from the hotel is at .35 miles and how you get there in a hurry and so all these different things right and in my wife's not like that. We took a trip not too long ago we got somewhere had everything planned out you know she's where we go now Vanessa you don't know where he got his phone on me. Praise God she's following my leadership but I'm interested so what would happen if I wasn't on one of these trips is not just show up for a little while and go home. Some of you can relate to that some of you related to me. Recognize because of my planning. It's not always an asset because you know we go if we when we been to Disney World the past I've got like there's a list we do this we do that we gotta run the space Mountain before the landforms we got go back everything they refer to me as a type A themepark Amanda but when I get there.

I want to be ready to get when we get to heaven only be ready to get. I want to have look forward to it. I want to have talked about it. I want to have focused on where I'm going for.

And you would never make a trip anywhere without some form of trend of planning and looking forward in anticipation shouldn't be like that with heaven wording to be compared. You'll be glad you got it. Now let's return to our study verse 19 says for the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God, give me a slight morning.

Some people have really twisted this interpretation to say that. Well, there's actually some super super spiritual people out there and as they come for then will actually usher in heaven on earth. This kind of dominion theology which it is not consistent with Scripture bit the earnest expectation for revealing who we long to be who we want to be who is been called to be see in this life as you follow Jesus, you do struggle with the old life and put off the old life and put on the new Jennifer and you're going to come to a day when you know struggles in any when you're in his presence.

When you see the light of Jesus face.

No more struggles. No more pain, no more suffering whenever somebody has a sickness and I pray for mom often led to pray Lord I know you're going to Hilo. I still know when everybody that goes to heaven will be healed of everything friendly. It might be when you get there that your heel but let me assure you of your walking around this earth with spiritual or physical or emotional scars. You may take him up to the gates of heaven, but you are not taken the man is only gonna be one person in heaven was scars as Jesus all the things in heaven, all the glories of the Bible tells us about that God has arranged set up the only man-made thing and heaven will be the scars of Jesus that will be our contribution when they were to be the people there were called to be in earnest expectation is heaven is your redemption ultimate redemption is that in earnest expectation. Are you looking forward to it. I am I am looking forward to it had health issues of a few years back and was there were some concerns and stuff but you know is like I'm ready to be with the Lord and some days more another's. That's something to look forward to. I'm not being doom and gloom here means there is a day when nobody no more struggles when the sword of the Lord that has been yielded so many times in so many battles finally falls to my side as I enter the joy Lord I'm looking forward to and understand that one. At one point in the future to my mate William Pastor David is that don't believe to be more alive than I have ever been in my life here because my last breath here is followed by my first breath. Amen. Life lesson here is you. If you are following Jesus and you have much look, if you are following Jesus and you have much to look forward to heaven awaits you the redemption of your body, which means more more as you get older the redemption of your body in the sense of being glorified not struggle with sin anymore.

It's a lot look forward to. Don't get your eyes on today. Keep on Jesus. Verse 20 says that for the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him, he subjected it now and again will look at the new living translation. This is against its will. Everything on earth was subjected to God's curse is very interesting, futility are there anything is there anything in your life friend that's futile and overseers can end up not to be worth anything and yet how often those things are the major categories in her life and the things that are going to last forever.

We give so little attention time and energy to. Why is that well because of things of this world, we can see the things of heaven we can't see yet, except through the eyes of faith, futility, subjected to futility your office were incomplete without God bless understand the relation God doesn't need us to complete himself God is complete in himself. That's his name.

I am kind of points that he's got he doesn't need us. He desires to have a relationship with.

We need him. Our lives are not complete without God. Paul in the book of acts said it's in him we live and breathe and have our being. And it's interesting that some people curse God and are running from God and trying to push God away the very God is keeping their heart beating very God is keeping them breathing.

The sad thing is, some people decide day after day to do that push away God. I want you, Lord.

I don't want to be part of my life and I want to be born again. I don't follow you, and they say that day after day after day, and pretty soon they ran out of days and with her final breath. They say God would you leave me alone and in her final breath God honors Lepley and they go through life and complete. You cannot be complete without maybe cynical and then ask a pastor I have some friends.

I know some people who don't know the Lord are not Christians. And yet life is going great for really you think so are you with them like 24 seven you know everything there is to know about them. How often in the past I thought something like that with that person doesn't know you nicely not have it all together only to find out later that they were crumbling from the inside and later on, everybody saw and people go well…… Lady I thought they had it all together were incomplete without God there is part of our soul cries out for God is thirsty for God and will be satisfied with anything else you. You cannot be spiritually satisfied with anything except God. All you can have moments where you think you're spiritually satisfied outside of God, but you can't walk in a life of me, and fulfilled outside of relationship with the Lord now in that boy you try to get all kinds of things to fit in there, not none of it will will is you try to put a square peg in a round hole.

No matter how hard you hit it, it's never going to sit this word in English peace in the Hebrew is shalom shalom is much more than peace, shalom is much more than absence of war, which is usually how we define peace, shalom is blessing prosperity, wholeness, healthy shalom is all that more. You cannot have shalom without you cannot have true peace without the Prince of peace. Life lesson. You cannot be spiritually whole without a relationship with God. We cannot be spiritually whole without a relationship with God and relationship were really following them, not just I said a prayer and then went on with my life and I said a prayer and begin to follow the one that died for. We fill our lives with this one day this Monday that one day we run out of days knowing everybody in here is going to run out of days that that's not doom and gloom. That's reality. I mean, it's been aptly said that that the moment you were born you begin to day by day. I don't know when your appointment is her or whatever. I just know that every day brings you one day closer. I think sometimes we get stuck in this radical won't want them to do this one them to do that and and and friend when you were a child or teenager.

What were your one days and how many of them are still unfulfilled one because you never stepped out to fulfill as your mate spiritually whole when you walk with the Lord. There's there's that sense of fulfillment. Psalm 84 to says oblong yes I say with longing to enter the courts of the Lord with my whole being, body, and so I will shout joyfully to the living God. The psalmist here. David is talking about going to the temple where he worship God what he says. I think with longing to enter the courts of the Lord is convicting here. Sometimes you looking to go and I never want to go to church. It's raining is actually on the church in California and it doesn't rain as much out there 456 days a year in some places and was it just one large churchman in the and the pastor said now were not as full as we usually are, but you know after all it is raining and I laugh because I thought he was kidding, you know.

Then he looked at me like what you laughing about will explain where I'm from. We have 55 inches of rain a year. And if you don't go to church when it rains you pretty much in going to church. You might get to go. One Christmas Easter maybe, but St. to enter the courts of the Lord.

Verse 21. Because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption.

Then the glorious liberty of the children of God, the bondage of corruption being completely set free from this body of sin and death, and in every now and again you know it's really cool is you really you have to wait for the completion, the fulfillment of that but you realize you can get a taste of the sometimes here on earth, maybe during worship sometimes. Or maybe if you're doing something and being a blessing to somebody or Sharon someone somebody there. There's this you're being delivered from this bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty you get just a taste. I think that's the wet our appetite. Look forward to what's next. Verse 22 for we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. I don't know if you dear young, maybe you've not done this, but if you've ever been in a delivery room during verse I came shortly after Ashley was born was there for the. The births of my two sons and is intense. You ladies are going.

All is it yeah mine was not the hard part. I recognize in my fact is I want someone to call mom and repent for everything I've ever said labor pains birth pain whole creationism labor pain now is the whole creation as laboring in the birth pangs.

Guess what we know this is not heaven, this is not heaven if it's not heaven.

Why do you expect it to be. Why do you think everything's going to perfect when Jesus in here says you can have trials in this world, things are going to go wrong in this work that you're going to have suffering. John 1633 Jesus said, as I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows take heart, because of overcome the world. To this creation is groaning for redemption. The day is coming, friend were all the wrongs will be made right friend. You know for sure that your sins have been forgiven. You can know right now only doing a short simple prayer simply telling God you're sorry and asking him to help you to live for him. God wants you to pray this prayer so much that he died to give you the opportunity and the ability to ask him to forgive you. Please pray this prayer with me out loud right now.

Dear Jesus, I believe you died for me that I could be forgiven and I believe you were raised from the dead that I can have a new life not done wrong things I have sent and I'm sorry.

Please forgive me of all those things. Please give me the power to live for you. All of my days in Jesus name, amen friend of you prayed that prayer according to the Bible you've been forgiven you've been born again.

Jesus said he would not turn anybody away who comes to him and he came for those people who knew they needed forgiveness.

Those who were sick, not the righteous. So congratulations for you just made the greatest decision that you will ever make.
