Romans Chapter 6:11-16

She makes the decision to tell me she loves so we were all just robots and return to God. I would be honoring God that would be pleasing to God. But when we have the free will and the choice we do things like come the fellowship Sunday morning and worship God's very meaningful because it's our choice for something to be ruling in your life. Either sentence can be rolling in sin is ruined and Jesus is not Jesus is going to be ruling in sin. Verse 13 and do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness, dissent represents present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God who so present yourself to God. Quit yielding to send and yield to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit again will give you the strength will give you the power to live for the Lord, but he will force you to do that you have to make the decision.

Now the new nature to go back to the old nature would it you're going backwards. It's violating that in nature but the spiritual leader to present ourselves to God alive from the dead, your life, you have the decision in God will allow you to make decisions you can use your hand. Your mind all these things, for the glory of God and the only God, and you can use him for other things. He says if you love me you will obey my commands. A lot of us try to get that backwards well all obey his commandments. And then all of it.

It's not even I would tell people I talked to him about my Savior, Lord, I see no I'm not religious, I have a relationship with the Lord. I love God's do things that are pleasing to him. But keep in mind if you loving obey his commandments. No one me ask you a question which one will sacrifice more. The law or love. Love always. Love is what drives mother throw herself in front of the child right before the moment of impact in a carbon slow level cause people to go to foreign countries and foreign lands to tell people about Jesus sometimes lose loved ones in the process. You are going to serve somebody ever.

16 and new living translation says don't you realize that whatever you choose to obey becomes your master, you can choose sandwich leads to death, or you can choose to obey God and receive his approval seeking to serve something you serve somebody. Everybody serving somebody. Everybody is serving someone so understand you have a choice as a Christian on who you're going to serve your either going to serve the Lord, are you going to serve your selfishness and your sinful desires. God sets this choice before us and this is okay, which one would you course we think will we serve ourselves. That's where real happiness and contentment are.

It's not.

It's really not that we think will all be happy when this happens, I'll be happy to that, you know, for me the best thing that could happen in my life as I got some of those things to figure out the contentment deadline. Those things so we think will have more money had a different car different house, different spouse, different kids that you know whatever your that's not to be happy for you not to find true joy in two true joy comes in 9/11 for yourself but 11 for the Lord that money thing. A lot of things right if I just had more money you just spend more then you know you get enough and you gotta give your fearful about who's going take it and how you don't lose it.

Hey, don't keep it mental is just an endless thing.

There's a saying that when we were young we spent our health to get wealth in the world are we spent a wealthy ghetto.

Deuteronomy 1319 says this I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you that I've set before you life and death, blessing and cursing. Therefore choose life, that both you and your descendents may live. No one is broken down. It's a it's a much easier decision and it is like okay life, death, blessing and cursing. This is a tough one life blessing person thing thing thing thing thing thing that is really an easy decision is broken down like that and it is really broken.

Knowing live in for the Lord, he promises not just a better life here, but he promises eternal life.

But if you go your own way leads to destruction, and new living translation and that versus today I'm giving you the choice between life and death between blessings and curses: heaven and earth to witness the choice you make all that you would choose life, that you and your descendents might live, so we should choose life and notice the phrase again in verse 16 it pops up again. Do you not know don't you know don't you know these things and so there's a certain expectation.

We talked about this couple weeks. There is an expectation when Jesus when he was talking to people he would like have you not read this. Have you not read that there was an expectation that people in the Bible interesting landscape. We find ourselves in today because I actually hear other pastors say will in a week weekly work past the point of really focusing on the Scripture that verse by verse. Teaching is no longer relevant to the world. That's really disturbing to me because you understand what that's really saying is that a pastor saying you what I have to say is more important than what this book says confirm once you open that window you can get a shot in and really it's it's the old elevation of humanism against the biblical truth that we so really, in the in the Reformation of people died to reinforce biblical truth.

Why because man I got so caught up in religion, so he says do you not know.

So we need to know this, but why because the freedoms that we can understand and have are in this book, Jesus said, look, if you are my disciples. You know the truth and manually set free so we need to know this, but get to know the word of God and I want to partner with you to teach you the truth of this book because it's made such a radical and a revolutionary change in my life that I know I can and will in years so we can walk this road together so that we can know these things because once you know these things that will lead you to a more blessed life a better life sacrificed life with the joy of the Lord in these things. So again, look at the look of these choices one to a spirit blessing freedom and life. The other choice is flesh, then bondage and but understand when you choose sin.

That's what you choose when you choose God's way you choose freedom to choose in life friend.
