It's a a fundamental freedom recognized worldwide.

The US really took the lead in promoting international religious freedom. Making sure that religious freedom was a core component of core value of what it means to have Americans engaged on the international stage and so over 20 years ago in 1998 Congress passed almost unanimously.

The international religious freedom act and they said that we want to make sure that America is defending religious freedom. One of our core freedoms everywhere around the world really calling out countries that are violating it serious and grave ways. This fundamental right to religious freedom as part of that was part of that engagement is about listing and calling out countries that are the worst violators of religious freedom and the term of art that's used in foreign policy is as he sent the country of particular concern to someone when was this test in what year in 1998, so we are also selling the 25th anniversary, so interestingly, Pres. Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton was the president of the United States who was a Democrat. So this is this is a nonpartisan issue.
