I would agree to product my life all by CTI wellness.com… A good program before I discovered by taking the traditional vitamin mineral tablet was really feeling any different.

The first time I cried by I had more energy. About 20 minute hike on the thinking clear. You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, peculiar people, you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his life and time past were not a people that are now the people of God, which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy chosen generation, a junior to join generation. Well folks of every program lined up for you today. Lots and lots and lots to cover on the program today from my well will talk about G6 with Judge Denning coming up at the bottom of our number three will be talking without meeting bias will be talking about Hunter Biden in the laptop why the media is not covering that which you rose and media research Center and news busters will be talking with Jonathan E. Morgan Rick Manning about public health, duly doing is there such a thing really public health.

Perhaps not the will talk about that and and and the the authoritarians is is the basis of that of that book that he's written let's see will also be talking with Jay Philip Clay from project 21 black leadership network about the recession.

Yeah it's been redefine were not in a recession, folks I know. Open your cupboards. No food, not a problem really, really, you're not in a recession you're just starving to death. But that's not a recession, not even a depression just if the new America. Get used to it that's that's what they told us.

Let's say and bottom of the hour, AI AI, the Terminator is here and he's demanding a patents did you know that yeah AI is demanding a patents will have the doctor marks on the program to talk about AI and and should we should we be giving AI their own patents while.

Who would've thought all right as we do each and every Wednesday am very pleased to welcome my next guest of the program and that you got your book with you brother that come on now get them get that get that get that book up there. This is creating the declaration of independence and that and and our good friend Mr. David should focus our constitutional ritualist attorney and also there is constitutional soundbites. That's the book that started it all will kinda sorta started you know David, welcome great. Everything should be in here after this is over interesting things about how I certainly want to hear there is a guy myself and have read some of the authoritarians.

That is incredible incredible works on interested in hearing more about that about that cigarette.

Unfortunately, now run early at 7 o'clock your Chicago so I don't have to solve it will stick around for a while listed for an hour or so afterwards, I own time to go make some money. That said yeah and I don't think the only government going to live and and and and go get some people's injustice and proceed on election issues you know we have a circumstance right now is Folsom position yesterday for what they call discovery recount that involves over. We have certain questionable precise precincts were doing this for a congressional commercial farmers in the first Congressional District of Belmont where there was more than 30,000 votes cast in between the first and second place finishers was unfair for his remotest difference there is nine wards in the city of Chicago where in fact there were over $700 taken for Republican for the Republican primary in which no votes were cast in the congressional campaign which is very her stress because if your Chicago and Republican and going to take about you're going to follow the writer don't vote, sure, and we started that we started that process that yesterday with the with a group of prisons in Chicago so you is an election integrity issue for election integrity are a lot of different fonts you know there there's a lot of places where you can go and I said before and after the election. I remember when everybody got upset when Diana debates asked Mr. strong.

If you would accept the results of the election when election was already cited depend fact is… Not over till the last litigation is done because there are a lot of things that can happen postelection to that effect with the outcome has so when the polls close on election day. The auction is over is not over one accountings on its overall in the company is certified not just by election authority, but rather by through all the possible legal challenges to the accuracy of that account and so were in the process right now in that one particular on handling particular case. There maybe some others going for statewide elections. July next week and so people should keep an eye out on postelection activities everywhere and and postelection activities is interesting because on the one side to you. Have you know, saying, I will wait a minute you know when when they're done counting the votes we should be done counting votes because that's when things get kind that kind of screamer were not talking when that were were talking about making sure that all the votes that are counted are legitimate votes and and making sure that every vote counts, which is supposedly what the other side argues for an and yet when we want to talk about election integrity. From that perspective you know where were were supposedly bad guys for for having a conversation is machines everybody relies upon the machines. In fact, do my hair do have human error. Everybody says clearest computer if machine makes a mistake issuing error because it did schillings the computer who punched it in right machine and program the machine all I don't want it to some other things going and I know this is an important state topic as well but but I but I want to get to this because you're my constitutional ritualist expert that I bring on and so I really want to get into this issue. Chuck Grassley just recently came out and and made a public comment that the FBI is quote unquote losing public trust and I got I mean the first question that comes to my mind this is you know where. Where has Chuck been and and right and and you know I mean losing public trust, you know, read Robert Mueller errand boy for the new world order and go back into the 1990s and and take a look at at some of the road behavior that was taking place of the FBI back then there's been some public trust issues for the FBI for quite some time. So let's talk about the 47 year reign of the individual for whom the FBI building is named J Edgar Hoover and his misuse of the FBI primarily to control politicians in Washington to develop dossiers on politicians and use them to have the FBI come to utilize the FBI to control the government. Basically, in terms of guys ability to blackmail politicians that even if it's whether or not those dossiers were true or not and so the FBI's been missing that has a history of being misused over time. In fact, that all NML Patrick great was down the head of the FBI during out during Watergate and ultimately was part of the Watergate cover-up in terms of us into a good baseline. They tried to stand in the way of getting to the truth of Richard Nixon's participation in the break-ins in the in the misuse of this is a campaign like so if the artist and the government's errand boy, as opposed to the protector of our freedoms and this is also small and and so to that end, they they also are supposed to be the that the final arm or the the big arm of the law, so to speak, relative to you know you bring the FBI in especially when there's local law, corruption, or there is questionable actions taking place in local law enforcement or or breaches across state lines where there is multiple jurisdictional questions that are brought into play, and so on, and you have the FBI and you have the Department of Justice and and and they kind of work, and in the league together so how dangerous is it for our country, then if if the FBI and the Department of Justice are compromised for short is dangerous for every citizen because, as you mentioned in the opening situation where the guy can come busting through your door in the paramilitary gear is is is this a horrible horrible situation is among the reasons why we had a revolution was something called original assistant that that the power the agents of the cane to infect search everywhere without any particular rent particulars lies suspicion is the reason the fourth amendment exist so well when there when they're compromising you wind up in a situation where the Department of Justice goes to court to get warrants on information that is not necessarily accurate via video. I don't know, let's talk about the FISA warrants involved in that involved in all the all the things of monitoring the mantra Russia Russia right now that you and all the all the things all missed this misinformation was provided to the FISA court and I saw one of the more interesting aspects that nobody ever talks about is why these FISA judges have not called in the people that have provided them the misinformation. Because of this I signed a legal warrants. The judges you have to question whether or not the judges themselves are compromised and we rely on them as a stopgap against the FBI misusing government authority when in fact they are around the judiciary is been affected from time to time doing them being cover of legality by approving warrants. Without going into the details of the probable cause for the issues blocks will him and when you come to find out who that the FBI knew, for example, that a lot of that that that that whole dossier was questionable and new it very early on and yet proceeded to take legal actions predicated on a a false document that that's that's very unnerving. It's very it's very issue be very disconcerting to teach you all of us when we get back we want to talk about just even the.

Sorry. Can they CGI. You can also find him@ourwebsitegenerationradio.com under CG contribute service CG contributors click on his picture there, and annual open up a link to should stoke us.com he's got a couple of books.

Also that I want you to consider. One is constitutional soundbites in the other line is the, the creation of the declaration of independence, and there is creating the Declaration of Independence so both of those books really will help open your eyes to to the historical basis upon which our country was founded, and to that end, I want to talk about the situation with the FBI and and the Department of Justice and their constitutional basis. So II begin that wherever you would like to and and kind of walk us through that you know what is the Constitution have to say about these entities was the Atty. Gen.'s Department of Justice was one of four original cabinet members provided to Pres. Washington when when the government started and including a treasury state of war and then the Atty. Gen.

The Atty. Gen. is originally to provide legal and vice to the present United States.

It wasn't wasn't created and for the purpose of enforcing United States criminal law. If you will, because at that particular moment in time. There was no such thing determined to be actual United States criminal law is as actual as actual role and duty originally was to advise the present United States and the authorization of the executive offices is something under the excess of the Constitution, and so those four Fort Apartments were around for cabinet level officers were created originally that of course they want out of the department award from the state Department of treasury and eventually Department of Justice and the general sort of became the head of the Department of Justice.

Now the Department of Justice is is in fact a chart with a variety of many many things in terms of enforcement of United States law that includes includes the criminal law. There were small agencies or actually farmed out people that were hired to investigate the few things that they yes this was authorized to a criminalized under the Constitution. Among them, the currency and ultimately the Secret Service was then was charged with enforcing counterfeit laws to make sure that our currency was okay and bring in the protection of the currency is in fact something authorized by them to the Congress by the Constitution and in fact actually hired private detective companies to do that. I there is no Wells Fargo phones right you know that I am today and now they now you all. This is also how did the Department of the Treasury fit into this really got a couple minutes let the head of the Department of treasury, then fit and all that ultimately their selves. The Secret Service okay there were the original progenitor of the Secret Service. The Secret Service was eventually the government agency charged with primarily protection of the currency.

Okay, so that currency was in fact that not counterfeit.

Saul started basically on protecting them any kind of national police forces you will started on protection of making sure it was was a and the enforcement of federal outlaw was elected private contractors or the states. This is authorized to affect resource federal laws well known right. We need a national police force which is which, which also falls back in a way in a in any kind of a cousin kind of a way to the Roe V Wade decision, the just was fast down were Roe V Wade was overturned so that the facility the states are now given their rightful powers as it relates to making these kinds of determinations within within each state is the same French states were going out historically or by virtue of 1/10 amendment were right in charge of effect with all police powers is also something that much after the health and welfare of the people helpful for safety of the people and that there is no place in the Constitution gives the single police power to the federal government police powers were reserved to the states through the 10th amendment and the MPI is identified as as a is the highest level coding quote police force in the land that is exactly right.

Okay I am Catholic I am over the authorization for a police force.

You know you have to read the Constitution over and over to see what where that's where that's authorized okay and then and then we had about 20 seconds at the Department of Justice is an original out out branch of the Atty. Gen. who is an original cabinet member and so artwork but the issue with the Department of Justice is as we need in Atty. Gen. managing the Department of Justice who truly understands a constitutional originalist perspective and and rains in the powers of the government as well and so that the rights of the people are are are not destroyed and I've run a set a time. Hopefully I said locally. I said that correctly all right and they would just note this event I guess is stoke is that I come back with more after this financial health practice of over 40 years. I would ingratiate a product to change my life chronicled by available CGI wellness.com good nutritional program before I discovered by I was taking a traditional vitamin and mineral tablets was really feeling any different bike ride bye-bye did all 15 and mineral supplement if the liquid multivitamin (open-source non-made gluten-free and had no pasteurization provided.

Now back to a chosen generation with pastor Grace and will program great that we really think selecting hearing.

I have a choice in where you can listen each and every day and working on getting my next guest on the program. My apologies might be just a second I need to make sure that I didn't put waiting in their so let me give me just a second. I think when we do is give him a quick phone call and and and will try that to begin with and then if we can we get Monzon there is never mine hanging up the phone I got you all right were good. Just unmute yourself. There is a high price. Yes, I can move more great to have you with me. Thanks for being here is good to be here, we switched consumer clicks, medical, here I completely understand. I have to I have my I have I have I have my my bathroom brushing my desk brush here so I got you now I gotta and you got it. He had a brush or beard and then you got a brush hair and yeah yeah I I'm right there with you my brother right there with you grade by the way you look spectacular HUD attitude. Yeah, I do have to admit my beard is better than yours. I know I know it well you know I I have my like that, but I was I was my problem was, as I was carrying too much of dinner with me so I will in fact tested and that's the reason my wife made me shave up your mind must because she says she says that it contains the aromas of mules past that. So that had to go dear I hear you.

I area well. One thing that AI doesn't have business beards. They think that's right. They don't know they have your date on number of other human and well yeah I like conscience and things of that nature SOI. It's funny when I when I put out the kind of the lead into this.

I was like well it's like the Terminator has arrived to write you now is should day and it's five and I have a laxative.

I think a lot of you I will like so you know for whites and different things of that nature and that and so I have my my my echo turned off the lights this morning and I and I said thank you and and and they said all thank you. You have made this a nice day and I cannot read as I am. I thought about that a little rolling in the number years ago.

I can remember which die but I had a guest on pretty wealthy guy that was talking about a high and saying look you you people need to understand this is the greatest threat to humanity. This is it and and people need to understand it and this is a guy who invests in AI is been involved in development of AI and so on.

But he was just saying look, people need to be aware that that that there needs to be controls on on a high, all exactly exactly.

I would argue that it is not the greatest threat. I would say that from a nuclear weapons for a greater threat. I would say the BMPs that have the capability of taking other power grid are a bigger threat and I think it's often overestimated in what it can do okay and forget it in movies such as the Terminator AI itself will never be sentient to deliver understand what it's doing and will never be creative in all of these things required for all of these dystopian future sort of things that happened. So now there is I mean we we look at an end of course is on the most basic level, but we look at at at at the chess games in the end that you know and and different things like that and it it appears as though within the programming. There is a learning function if you will fall. Yours is so differentiated for our audience. The difference between an AI that has built within it the ability to be able to gain more knowledge, learn, so to speak versus this idea of conscience or or or coming like a light gnocchi as an example) that we remember wargames the movie wargames. So in in that instance, talk to me about what that looks like sure happy to buy the land and pitching my book greater non-computable you know joy.

We want to take the book that one over here lately exactly it's it's my book on monks computable you which talks about things that you will do that artificial intelligence will never have the capability of doing and the examples that you mention. For example, learning chess learning goal learning checkers. In fact AI has been trained to be old Atari games and also some of the new and newer video games write these things are all algorithmic. These are all step-by-step procedures and in order to be computable. You have to be because the because computable requires algorithmic all computer programs are step-by-step procedures to do something. Okay, back it back in 1933 Alan Turing was the first to show. I believe that there were operations in computer science that were none computable that he proposed problems which you could not write a computer program to solve and this was not conjecture. This is not philosophy. This is not handwaving listlessly beautiful mathematical proof. Since then there have been a number of different things which have been shown to be non-computable, and so the question is, are there human capabilities which are non-computable and I think the obvious ones are things we would agree such as love, empathy, compassion, things spiritual right of those are non-computable. Okay, I think more more fundamental and that's the case made in the book is that the sentience understanding and creativity are non-computable. So if it's on computable AI is done on computer versus computer programs so AI is limited to things which are computable and therefore we have attributes that are not computable. That will never be replicated by AI so so Vanessa were talking about programming issues here, essentially, that that the boundaries of AI are limited to the extent upon which there's program written test, exactly, exactly. And there are many things which again are not computable and we can we can take specific examples if you like a listlessly a simple one. I think which is sentience. One of the one of the things of sentience is called Claudia that's Kayla a new word for fermenting including myself up to about a year ago but Claudia is the experience that you have through census. Imagine, for example, biting into a limit, you have an experience is that you set your tongue you feel you taste the sourness you have experience. Now imagine trying to explain that to a man who has no sense of taste, no sense of smell since birth. You can explain to him the chemical for the chemicals for lemon juice you can explain it to him. The mechanics of biting into the lemon right you will never be able to duplicate that experience, the quality experience in the man now if you can explain it in an English language to the man what the taste of the limit is like, how are you ever going to write a computer program to duplicate the experience of biting into a lemon. It's it's it's not.

It's simply not possible if you can explain it to a man with no census. So therefore Claudia experiences that we have our something which is non-computable. Now you and I can talk about biting into a lemon since we both experienced it right but but if something hasn't experience that you're going to have one heck of a problem trying to explain to a computer. In fact, Remington is not possible. Okay so so your suggestions you is is that some of our now are talking about AI and ANA patents that's that's that's part of the question that's going on here. How did we arrive at a place where eight where it would be suggested that AI, which is a which is actually an not really that that's not an entity that it is not a corporation it it's not an individual is not a partnership it it doesn't really fall within any of the guidelines are terms that are that we would associate with an entity with autonomy that would be entitled to that kind of of protection is in fact the US patent office and said that patents can only be issued to humans and then we have to fight back. We have to push back because it's the truth of the reality of the assumption that computers can be creative.

Computers do not have the ability to be creative and we have to define creativity. Creativity is something this computer program is creative does something which is beyond the intent beyond the expectations be on the explanation of the program of the program that was a whole programmer hold hold that thought because I and I apologize how I want to get back to the to the wargames question as well and eight because I think you know a lot of you will have you know I mean their wheat we really need the kind of help.

People want better better understand what AI's able to do this goes back to the idea that AI can only do and computers you know you have a computer. Mistakes will the mistake is in the computer.

The mistake is the programmer that puts in the program back right after this. My passion is to fight for freedom. Father fought for World War II defending our country today. We are no longer fighting with guns and said we're fighting an ideological battle for control of our country by contributing to causes support your constitutional rights. I am having problem you that you are getting really big bathing got on pacifists. This is something that I put you beside on boy Mike Lindo and I'm here to favor my new product for my house. I believe we are all born sinners, and the God in his grace and mercy, sent his son Jesus Christ to die for our sins, and that if we will confess our sins, he is just and righteous to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I believe salvation is not just accomplished a little prayer that is found in how transformation is lived out Jesus is to be the Lord of our lives and we should follow the precepts. This is not legalism or works for a life lived out in love and honor the one who died for my sins. Faith without works is dead and is no faith at all. I believe that we will fall and that we need to have a repentant heart that God will ultimately bring us into perfect action through Jesus Christ spirit man perfected and so was man in progress. I believe that we are not to live in guilt and shame of the phone repents and get up and move closer to Jesus. I believe that if our nation will repent and turn from wickedness that God will heal our land. I believe that as a Christian I must occupy till he comes and that's a call evil wicked and to learn about those evil acts as a part of the mandated Christianity that's in love also means to be willing to take the risk necessary to confront a friend with the truth in hopes that their heart will be turned because their life matters, even if it means in that moment they will possibly hate me. It means that I must risk scorn to stand for truth and that I can never sit silently by while evil attempts to conquer the world.

God is my everything and Jesus is the love of my life that does not make me weak but strong, not silent and not fearful, courageous. Therefore, if you're my friend. We may not fully know that I share what I share because I care if you strongly disagree with these beliefs. They are not debatable for me and you can if you choose, unfriend me. I do not say this in anger but in love. I wish for you eyes to see and ears to hear that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, and that God, not man gets to decide what is truth life and the way God bless you know you can do your typing and love offering right from your computer. Now back to a chosen generation with pastor Grace back to chin generation anywhere.

No topic is off limits and everything filtered through the glasses and you know that one of one of the joys and in the 11 years that I've been doing this has been the opportunity to meet just incredibly brilliant people and and and my my guest, Dr. Robert Marx is one of those people and I've just been thrilled to enjoy wonderful conversation with you. Dr. Mark said in planning in our break so thank you for thank you so much for that noncomputer bully you is the name of the book were talking about AI so let's talk about the patent issue and then let's go back to the wargames and and again kind of you know what what we see in that as as this computer computes hanging the end of the world if you will, which I think was, you know, maybe that's kind of the Genesis right for the whole concept of terminators and and and and and so on. But let let's talk first about the patents issue you were mentioning that the patent office says that patents are only available to human beings. So how do we get to a debate, then about AI and and whether or not AI should in fact be granted a patent well it's like looking across the room at the dovetail in your answer to Jessica cyclic looking across the room at a bouquet of flowers you don't know if the real or not. Okay. And then you go up more closely and you examine the flowers you signaled these leaders don't feel like there's no dirt in the pot. This must be fake flowers.

It's the same thing with artificial intelligence on the onset when artificial intelligence does something there can be the illusion of creativity, but any of the creativity that happens from artificial intelligence is due to the program okay and I'm an engineer and us engineers do things like design stuff right in designing the design is been known to happen. So the slip design is in the grid of sort of process you come up with a prototype doesn't work very well as you do a little bit of of changing on it you do another implementation, and there still some things wrong with it so direct you do a search for the best solution. In fact, there's probably stuff in your household. Now that was so designed that you're familiar with formula 409 okay you know what is called four-line because it took 409 tries before they got the proper proper chemical works very well.

It's the same thing with WD-40.

WD-40 stands for water displacement on the 40th attempt that was done by the industrial chemist to generated over and over and over again, so artificial intelligence uses invariably a lot of this integration either on the front end or the backend, and in one of those cases, what it does is it you is just it doesn't need a wet lab like the need for WD-40 or formula 409 all of the design information is within the computer and the computer parameter and so we can do it over and over and over again and the faster the computer program does the better.

One of the AI issues. This is not the one in front front of federal courts, but it was a new type of antibiotic which was discovered using artificial intelligence and they think they generated a number of different antibiotics, how they do it. They searched through hundred million different molecules now.

The computer had enough knowledge within the computer program to do the search right and so I couldn't go outside of those boundaries. Creativity creaked creatively and and come up with an answer that was outside of the scope beyond the. The information that had been put into its brain, so to speak that that's exactly right think there's an old saying get you thinking outside of the box and that's exactly what artificial intelligence or garbage in garbage out. That's another one that's another one. Yes it is that so so you if if you're a garbage program of your job and Diane is a good programmer.

The only thing the artificial intelligence is going to do is what you tell it to do now.

With that in mind, the results can be surprising. They can be unexpected sure, but that does not.

That does not imply creativity the program or its self was one that guided towards that solution or or or yeah and and and as you mentioned, processing speed, so the speed at which the conclusion in other words, whereas it might take a human 15 years. For example, to get to a particular answer just because of how it how how we have to process you can go and put something into a supercomputer, put all the components into that and, based on its processing speed. They can arrive at that and I don't know how however however long depending on processing speed and information exactly the head of the Mellon Institute for AI Seattle said something kind of profound. He said AI is nothing but a pencil in the following sense, no matter the computer program does. If I give it a million or a billion years, you could work it out with the paper and pencil right right because really that's all we've done is is we've created a a a processor. That's why they're called processors it it says it's a it's a process and then we attach a program to that process, the faster the processor, the more information created within the program. It's really the genius of the programmer not the genius of the AI which brings us back to the patentability issue itself is nothing more than a tool and should no more be granted a patent for my word processor should be given credit for an article I write to you sister told her to carry to a final solution and right. Make no mistake, it's a very powerful tool. Granted it's a tool like any tool it can be used for good or it can be used for evil. It's a tool that we have available now to us and so I whimpered and run attempts to what I wanted you have to do is examine have to bring you back on and to kindly go into the whole wargames and Terminator thing as a specific topic matter for us to really break down and discuss to help people if you do, if you'd like.

Again, I could rewatch wargames is been okay alright found that I found it non-computable you as the name of the book non-computable you by Dr. Robert Marx, Dr. Mark, thanks for being with us this morning. I truly appreciate it's been a very enjoyable conversation will thank you Pastor not enjoying myself. Thanks.
