Would they be nullified. How would that work well on the federal level for the presidential election.

The boats were certified by Congress and so would be very very hard indeed to overturn the election quickly because the Supreme Court is weight and on all prior and alleged voter fraud and has ruled, but does the evidence was insufficient to support cases by targeting decisions that effect in the lower courts so as a legal matter.
