And then there are those who work outside where the risk of transmission and receipt of the virus is extremely low and they certainly pose no threat of grave danger so and then in addition, because this is a broad based command to hundred million employees lacks the specific evidence necessary to show that it's actually protecting employees from covert in each individual case. There are different circumstances present and you have to know what the circumstances are.
