The Lord says in Habakkuk chapter 1 verse six for low I raise up the Chaldeans that bigger and hasty nation which shall march through the breadth of the land to possess the dwelling places that are not there. God says I'm going to raise up this wicked nation and bring them into this land to punish these people because of their sin and then reveal that when I'm through doing that, I will punish the people that I used for their sick Habakkuk one was satisfied.
