Let me start with the question how many of you have ever been stressed out to the mat. You know, one of those days were, everything went wrong and then when you thought it couldn't get any worse it got worse. Let me restate the question how many of you have hit a better yet, you of you have teenagers well you know what I'm talking about, you know, we live in the information age we can get information on demand wherever we go. We all have our cell phones with us now. I read recently that 42% of Americans said they can't live without their cell phones.

Two thirds of American sleep with her cell phone next to their bed. Seems like everyone has them now. 5.3 billion people have smart phone so we can get information on demand.

I remember when the first mobile phone came out it was in a car. So if you're in your car you could talk in the boat but then they came over the first mobile one is made by Motorola is about the size of a World War II walkie-talkie about this big and battery life of like nine minutes. No, I remember a friend of mine maybe reluctantly pulled this bad boy out of his briefcase reported on what is that it's a mobile phone that's so cool. Hardly anyone have them back to now everyone has to they give them the babies. At first your mobile phone right here versus picture for mom me this one when you need your diaper change. You know they even have a cell phone for dogs. I'm not making this up.

So if you're a young girl you might be super stressed that are no in the United Kingdom. They've actually installed cameras just about everywhere to make people feel safer, but then a lot of Brits are nervous about the cameras and it makes them more paranoid, so assertive work against them so what you do for a story about a man that was very only so yes his wife to go down and see the doctor with them.

So the doctor met with a man for a while. Ran some tests on told him to leave and then called the white the doctor said mama want to talk you about her husband.

Your husband is very ill and could die soon. He has a disease that is triggered by stress. So here's what you need to do. You need to create a stress free environment for him, and by that I mean don't give them any jobs to do no charge. Smother him with affection, much you love him, make him his favorite meal for breakfast a gourmet lunch something wonderful for dinner create this wonderful stress rely for six months to a year and will make a full recovery. But seriously, though we live in a scary world today will open up a newspaper, check out the news on your smart phone or your iPad or whatever you read about North Korea and Iran getting nuclear weapons not just read an article the other day that said they're not working together helping out one another. The threat of terrorism is still very real in our culture today that we have random acts of violence man walks into a theater in Colorado and starts shooting and killing people. Another walks into a Sikh temple and never one another Watson do but shirt. Then there's the threat of violence in our own neighborhood.

It's a scary world. Then there's the uncertain economy added to all of that can cause you to be filled with fear and anxiety. A recent issue of Time magazine did a cover story on the topic of fear, talk about what people are afraid of today and it pointed out that 50 million people in the United States have some kind of fear or phobia know I get some about. I understand the fear of flying, or the fear of heights, or the fear of small spaces, but they had some phobias I'd never heard of before.

I'm not making any of these up. There was a balloon of phobia.

That's the fear of being easy. I hope you're not sitting next to one of those people. After this hot evening we had together. There's dental phobia. The fear of dentists.

I have to stop reading text at 3 o'clock in the morning and they called later and later he concludes I desperately need P yes Simon, you do. We all do we need God. And here's what Jesus says the people who are stressed out there for people, says to people who want to John 14 you brought your Bible follow along with me, Jesus says let not your heart be troubled you believe in God believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansions overnight so I would've told you. I go to prepare a place for you and I will come again and receive you one of myself, that where I am, you may be also in where I go you know in the way. Heaven is not some state of mind. It's an actual place that we will go to we trust in Christ and the Bible says that heaven will do a lot of worshiping. You know that means that means that when you love one was died as a Christian there in heaven now that means when Jesus comes back for us. We will be reunited. Heaven is going to be a big family reunion. Now here's the thing. A lot of us have a weird family strike.

We don't always look forward to where family reunion well that strange uncle that bizarre cousin.

The bad news is is you ever stopped and thought that you may be that weird uncle or cousin and your family. Don't get together with family there's always some strange people only get together with our family in heaven and on the new word all the weirdness will be, will be a glorious family reunion and we will sing together and will reminisce together and will eat together forgetting eat in the next life isn't that good news dinners rolling around here is in it to happen quickly. Jesus a little happen in a moment to will be in the field.

We are all sinners within number two recognize that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sin. Jesus said, greater love has no man than this, that he laid on his life for his friends and 2000 years ago Jesus went to the cross and died for us. He wasn't taken against his will.

Number three you must repent of your sin. The Bible says God has commanded people everywhere to repent. There's a problem there's people running around who think your questions never attended the show.

Jesus said you'll do what God said if you love God you keep his commandments. So you up to repent of your sin, which means turn from your sin.
